At J By Design, each piece of jewellery is handmade, resulting in unique characteristics that may vary slightly from the photos displayed on our website.
By placing an order with J By Design and making a payment, customers confirm that they hold a valid credit or debit card issued by an accepted bank. Customers also agree that all personal information provided is accurate and that they have the authorisation to use the relevant card for payment. The customer further acknowledges that there are sufficient funds in the account to complete the order. Please note that all prices listed on J By Design are subject to change without notice.
J By Design is not responsible for any delays or losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to J By Design due to inaccurate details after dispatch, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
